portrait of ingrid

Ingrid brings a broad array of life and professional skills to her current services as a baby parenting coach. Her profound respect for parents and young children is most evident as she mentors and guides parents. Offering inspired practical coaching and consulting, she synthesizes a lifetime's varied experiences and training.

In addition to raising her daughter and two sons, Ingrid has worked with organizations and individuals in many capacities, ranging from entrepreneurial ventures that included formulating and marketing a non-toxic mosquito repellant, to developing original activities for children at Earth Camp at Morristown Unitarian Fellowship in NJ. From creating awareness through a product line including essential oils and Feng Shui, to volunteering with Katrina refugees in Denver, Ingrid brings passion to her work.

A lifelong affinity for the natural world and optimum wellness led Ingrid to study core shamanism with the Foundation for Shamanic Studies, of which she is a supporting member. International certification from the Pacific Institute of Aromatherapy, as well as studies in Yuen Energetics, Psych-K, EFT, classical homeopathy, and other modalities round out the background that informs and enriches her current work with parents of babies and toddlers.

A Bachelor of Arts degree from Metropolitan State College in Denver is vastly expanded upon by Ingrid's professional and life experience. As a life coach working with various artists and business professionals, Ingrid honed her skills in 'listening to what's underneath the words.' A professional copywriter, CSU Master Gardener, Boulder Police Victim Advocate, creator of the women's co-op skill bank known as WOMENSYNERGY, and volunteer for numerous organizations are all characteristic of her passionate involvement in improving lives.
